Is shipping and billing discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of our store name or a description of the contents. Billing is also discreet.
Credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay charges will appear as "Sp sc-Br" on your statement. PayPal charges will appear as "SC Retail Ltd".
Where do you ship from?
All of our in-stock toys and accessories ship discreetly from our domestic US warehouses in California and New Jersey.
A small number of custom or made-to-order items may ship from China or the European union. Every package is always sent securely and discreetly.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or OnTrac, depending on your destination. Carrier selection is automatic to ensure the best mix of speed and reliability.
International orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Are payments secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through PayPal or Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, so your information is always protected.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $49 qualify for free economy shipping within the United States. For orders under $49, we charge a flat rate of $10.

Can I cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship discreetly to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in the European union.

Do you have a physical store?
No. We are an online-only retailer. All in-stock toys ship discreetly from California & New Jersey for fast nationwide delivery.
Do you accept backorders?
No. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with replacement options or issue a refund.
